Plumbing for homes, builders, and businesses

Whole-house repipes, new construction plumbing, gas piping, and water heaters for homes and businesses in Springfield, Eugene, and across Lane County.

How we work

From estimate to invoice

The same four steps on every job, whether it is a hose bib or a whole-house repipe. It is how we answer the two things people worry about most: what it will cost, and what is actually being done.

What we found behind a wall: rotted framing around old pipe

The look

We look at the actual problem and tell you what we see in plain words: what needs fixing now, and what can wait. If a repair will hold, we say so.

Well country

Plumbing from the well seal to the tap

Many homes east of Springfield are on a well, and the plumbing does not stop at the foundation. We work everything on the house side of the well: the pressure tank with its tank tee, switch, and gauge; pressure reducing valves; the line from the well to the house; pumphouse repiping; booster pumps for low pressure. Filtration for iron, sulfur, and sediment, softeners for hard water, and well water testing through a local lab so you know what is in your water.

Service area

Where we work, and what the houses here need

Based in Springfield, we serve Eugene, Marcola, Walterville, Pleasant Hill, Coburg, Creswell, the McKenzie River corridor from Leaburg to Blue River, and the rest of Lane County. For the right new-construction, commercial, or repipe job, we will travel three to four hours.

  • In town. Plenty of houses in Springfield and Eugene were plumbed before 1980, and that pipe is at the end of its run: repipes, water heaters, sewer lines.
  • Well country. Marcola and the Mohawk Valley, the McKenzie corridor, Pleasant Hill, the edges of Coburg: private wells, pressure tanks, and water that can carry iron or sulfur.
  • New builds. Along the McKenzie and in the growth areas around Springfield, new homes and shops going up on new water and gas lines.

Questions

Straight answers

The two things people ask first, and two more worth knowing before you call.

Something else? Send it through the form.

What is your availability?

Monday to Friday, 7am to 6pm. Call or send the form and we reply the same business day.

What is your hourly rate?

It depends on the job, so we look first. Estimates are free across Lane County and a reasonable drive beyond, and you get a clear estimate before work starts. Ask anything about the number and you get a straight answer.

Do you work on wells?

From the well seal to the tap: pressure tanks, pressure reducing valves, the line from the well to the house, pumphouse repiping, booster pumps, filtration, softeners, and well water testing. We do not open the well seal, so in-well pump work goes to a well pump company. Details are on the well pressure tanks page.

Is the work guaranteed?

One year on new-construction installs, thirty days on service-call installs. Licensed and insured, CCB #244088.
